Cancellation:
We appreciate and ask that you give us a
24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel a
reservation & 48 hour notice for Salon
Packages. As appointments are subject to
availability, advanced reservations are
strongly recommended to ensure your
desired dates and times.

Online Ordering:

Please allow two business days for
payment processing for any & all items
ordered online from BMW Salon. All
items can be picked up at our location or
shipped directly to your home address!

Gift Certificates

Salon gift certificates can be purchased in
any amount at the front desk, by mail,
online or by phone. They are
non-refundable and non-transferable.
They can be used toward any service or
retail product in the salon. Gift cards &
certificates cannot be replaced if lost or
stolen.

Salon retail products

May be returned for retail credit within 5
days of purchase. You must have original
receipt at time of return. No cash or credit
refunds.
